Kureview

Alerts

Hear about urgent reviews in minutes.

A 1-star review, a word like “hygiene” or a review left without a reply for too long. Kureview tells the right manager on WhatsApp or email, so problems are handled while the customer still cares.

What it does

Inside Alerts.

Low rating alerts

Choose which ratings count as urgent, such as 1 and 2 stars, per platform or per branch.

Keyword alerts

Watch for words like hygiene, cockroach, refund, rude or police, in any of the three languages.

Slow reply alerts

If a review has no reply after a set time, the manager gets a reminder and then the owner.

Rising theme alerts

Know when a theme like waiting time doubles compared with last month.

WhatsApp and email

Alerts carry the review text, rating and a link to the draft reply.

Quiet hours

Set quiet hours per manager. Urgent alerts can still go to the owner.

How it works

How an alert gets handled.

  1. 01

    Rule matches

A new review hits a rating, keyword, theme or reply-time rule.

  2. 02

    Right person notified

The branch manager gets a WhatsApp message with the review and a link.

  3. 03

    Draft is ready

The AI Reply Writer has a calm, careful draft waiting for approval.

  4. 04

    Escalate if needed

No action within your set time, and the owner is notified.

A closer look

Alerts on themes, not just stars.

A 4-star review that says “waited 45 minutes” still matters. Set alerts on any theme from Theme Finder, so patterns are caught early.

  • Any theme can become an alert
  • Weekly digest for slow-moving themes
  • Mute a theme once it is fixed
